Solid to the Core

This is a program designed for athletes to improve their

overall level of fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility,

and balance. This class will enhance the ability to prevent

injuries and have a safe workout by focusing on form and

technique. All workouts can be modified to fit any sport

Personal or small group training

PUMP now offers personal and small group training Monday through Friday 6 AM to 2 PM!  You can just drop in and train or call ahead and make an appointment.  We are looking to expand our training hours, so please contact us and let us know what you are looking for if you can not make to our current hours.
